Today was a good day all in all.

I went over my points, but I had a surprise dinner invitation to Cheesecake Factory and considering how much I'd normally indulge there...I definately held back and was good.

Also on a positive, I got to the gym and got my 3 miles in on the treadmil before dinner.

woohoo

It's been 4 days of getting in excercise of atleast 30 mins a day and I already feel a bit lighter and am in a MUCH better mood-that's the most important thing.

Of course I care about the number, but I need to keep in mind more the effect that excercise has on my mind and overall well being when I'm struggling to get out the door.

Just do it!
