I was good with points, chose healthy options, drank my h20, got my hgs in, and got to the gym even though at 8pm I really wanted to go home, but I mustered up the energy and I knew I had my gym bag in the car....major. If I went home and said I'll pack up my stuff and go there is not way I'd get there.
Wow how motivational is biggest loser btw... It is truly amazing the transformation these people have gone through...not just physically but mentally too! Inspiring!
