Regardless of whether or not the scale has budged, I definatly feel lighter and my mood is vastly improved!!

I know that I'm fueling my body right and am consistent with excersing.

I haven't weighed myself in a couple days, but will step on the scale tommorrow, as it marks one week since I started this journey again.

It's St. Patty's day today and I know all my friends want me to meet up and go drinking with them. I do want to see them and have fun, but a big part of me doesn't want to ruin the good process I've made with a night of beer and pizza.

Maybe I can fit some gym time in before I meet up with everyone and nurse the beer and alternate with water?


This will be a true test of my will power!
