Ok FS buddies, I am here to vent! I have been keeping track of points (again) for two weeks now and I am sitting here with my jeans feeling TIGHTER THEN EVER!!! HELP!!! I know I am not going to change overnight or anything, but it feels so discouraging to feel like you are trying so hard and your clothes seem to feel tighter than before. I workout 6 days a week for at least 45 minutes each time! Ladies, you'll get this..........it's a natural week for me to feel bloated, depressed and all that good stuff, but still it doesn't make me feel any better to try to blame it on mother nature! I guess I just needed to get on here and vent! I need to get these feelings out of my head, they are very distructive to my progress............HELP!!!

When this happens to me...I ease the frustration by convincing myself it is just water retention or I am ovulating?? During this time I can go up atleast 3 pounds.

Are you eating enough calories? If you are working out that much, and not eating enough, your body may be going into starvation mode. Isn't there something in WW where you add points for exercise?

I do keep my AP (activity points) for the day.......and actually, I hope I'm not giving myself to many!!! I have been eating enough, as far as I can tell. I think Andi3 is right, I'm hoping it's just the water retention. The key is that I stay positive, because I'm back in the game, but it is early and i don't want to strike out!!! I do not see on the food diary what you eat and how many calories, fats, carbs. or points a day you have. Maybe you can shake up your food a bit, are you eating the same old same old all the time? I find when I do that I do not do well with my weight losses. Are you eating the extra bonus points each week? Are you eating high fat items like peanut butter, nuts, I did that at first and it made a difference with my not losing. I hope this passes for you quickly and you start losing. Hang in there, it will come off.

I forgot to comment that I lower my calories for a few days when I hit a point when I am not losing and that helps a lot and actually I never add activity points in for extra food, that makes me gain. Good luck.
