Finally got back to the fitness center today and did a pretty good workout -- 45 minutes on the elliptical stepper, 500 calories. I listened to the free "This American Life" podcast. For me the elliptical stepper is all about boredom management. There are TV's in the fitness center, but often the shows on are not interesting enough.
Same weight 3 days in a row. I was hoping for a drop, but given that it's the weekend I should probably just be happy that it's not a gain.
