Day2: Plyo Cardio Circuit: wow is all I can say....I like the way the circuit is set up that you do it 3x then a different circuit 3x....the basketball drills killed me I will be one sore lady tomorrow...I wasn't able to do the level 1 drills really my arms were like jello by the time we got to them I couldn't hold my weight....if you don't lose a little weight doing these exercise videos you must not be doing them because I was drenched...wonder what tomorrow will bring :)
