OK I signed up for fatsecret...thats the 1st step....MONDAY the 7th I will be starting my 1st challenge....I will not be adding any food or water or exercise until then. I need motivation....I have gained a few pounds in the last few months and need to get it off...I also do not look like I weigh 185 pounds...muscle does that for you but I have been getting a little pudgy around the middle which has never happened before...I'm going to blame it on being 30 now :) I am now going to download it onto my phone so I'll have it with me. I'm hoping to lose some weight 30# being the magic number but would be happy with just toning up again. Last summer I'm not sure what my weight was but I was down to a size 10 in women's clothes...I have slowly crept back up now I'm pushing a 12 and probably should be wearing a 14 again...just don't want to so I will just be a little uncomfortable in the 12 dockers for a bit. I would like to be a size 8-10 if possible again...so whatever weight that is thats my goal :) If anyone out there has suggestions I'm all ears

My hubby laments... LOL At least the weight is coming off again after a thirty pound loss, a seven pound gain, then a complete stall... oh, my... Welcome aboard!
