My weight is fluctuating every day. I have to stop the urge of getting on the scale every morning. According to the scale today, I am up 5 pounds- after eating under RDI and excercising. I can't bring myself to record it. So frustrating. I have decided I will only weigh in once a week, on Thursdays. Discouraged, but still somewhat hopeful... :-/
