My weight is fluctuating every day. I have to stop the urge of getting on the scale every morning. According to the scale today, I am up 5 pounds- after eating under RDI and excercising. I can't bring myself to record it.
So frustrating. I have decided I will only weigh in once a week, on Thursdays. Discouraged, but still somewhat hopeful... :-/

I’m having the same issue. Plus I started weight lifting so I’m gaining weight. I’m only eating once a day and watching the waist go down yet the weight goes up

Hang in there. You will reach your goals if you are persistent. Have you thought about shaking up a bit with different RDI goals or change in macros? Sometimes a small change will jog the weight loss into moving down.
