Late yesterday I had a week moment and caved in to some cheetos. But I didn't let myself feel like giving up. I regrouped and got control. I didn't allow myself to think that Ive blown it I might as well not try anymore today. I ate good the rest of the day so for that I feel like I had a successful day.
