Ok...a little discouraged the past couple of days. Cant seem to get back on track with the losses. I keep staying the same. I cant have hit a plateau already. I ate some more carbs at breakfast this morning cuz for some strange reason, sometimes that gives the weight loss a boost. Time will tell but Im remaining positive!!

Gabby,I started recording my TOM (time of the month) to see if there was a pattern to a weight slow down, halt or anything thing. And it seems there is for me. I expect a stand still every 4 to five weeks for a week and then a slight drop usually followed by a bigger drop like 0 lbs, 1 lbs, 2 lbs. So maybe that will help if you notice certain cycles your body goes through.

By the way, your weight history is showing losses every couple of days. if you look at one full week you've lost a chunk. You're doing better than you give yourself credit for. Keep up the good work.
