Im a 39 year old married mother of two teenagers. My oldest is 20 and has moved out of the nest. My youngest is 13 and is the center of my universe. I was a "hard body" most of my life until the birth of my 2nd daughter. I just was not able to get the weight off and its crept up year after year. Ive dieted off and on for years to no avail until I combined Atkins with South Beach and found the right combination for me. I lose 40 lbs in 3 months and kept it off for almost two years....until my oldest moved out and left me devastated. But I finally decided that I have to live my life for me now and have gotten back on track with my diet.
