I am a HUGE SNACKER!! (my biggest pit-fall besides not enough exercise). I often turn to dry cereals, like Cinnamon Oatmeal Squares, for my munchies. It satisfies both crunchy & sweet urges but contains high fiber to help fill me up & not eat a lot.

Ohhhh yeh! This definitely applies to me. The only thing that has been saving me is flatly refusing to eat anything after 8PM. Although I'm not perfect at it, it's been helping.
