Up half a pound this morning, but yesterday was my day off for my workout, so it's expected.
Good workout this morning -- 45 minutes on the elliptical stepper, 570 calories burned. Interesting thing happened during the workout. A former coworker saw me on the elliptical and came over to talk. Had a great chat with him, and after a while he got on the elliptical stepper next to me. The the time flew by and I hardly noticed that I was working out even though I was breathing hard and sweating. Once again, for me the workout is all about boredom reduction. Maybe I need a workout buddy.
