Just started using this website. I don't know how long I'm gonna use it because I really just am wondering if I'm eating enough. I feel like my clothes are getting looser since I've been running, but I really don't want to lose weight. I am trying to gain muscle, so that means I'm trying to gain weight. But I haven't weighed in awhile (probably won't this month).
I finished my run at 9:00 o clock and already want to go on another one haha. I love running I don't care if I have to start eating half of the cupboard every day to maintain my weight, I am NOT going to stop running. Or yoga. But I will gladly give up my weights. They're a chore. Bodyweight training FTW.

Have you tried the RDI calculation on this site? If you are still losing, then you are probably not taking in enough carbs.

MightyFull- Thanks for the advice :). I know what my RDI is, and it seems like I have started eating a lot more here lately. I love carbs so that'll be great getting to eat more! (By carbs, of course I mean the healthy kinds like whole wheat and fruit) :)
