Woo hoo almost back up to 120! I think weight training has been helping me, because I've actually lost .5 inch on my hips, and my back is getting more muscular and less boney looking! I also noticed the other day carrying groceries I could carry more bags, so yay it's working! :) feeling happy

Woohoo! Had a great run this morning AND got in before the rain started! It's thundering now, and my poor little kitty needs comforting. She was on my lap and trembling like you couldn't believe. I hate that she is so scared of storms and loud noises. Nobody wants their little baby to be this scared. :(
btw, she's about eleven or twelve years old, so not TECHNICALLY a kitten, but she's MY little baby. I love her to death.

It was another rainy day, and today our neighbors' dogs were tromping around, causing trouble. So, since obviously a jog wasn't happening, it was obviously a "Home video workout" kind of day (I did manage to get in a one mile jog outside, though.) I popped in an old Leslie Sansone dvd and ended up doing 3 miles of that.
Since not getting to run causes me stress and running is usually how I DEAL with stress (a classic Catch 22, dangit!), I did a yoga class, too. And tomorrow I might or might not get a good workout in, because we'll be out grocery shopping, but that's good; walking around and stuff, you know? And tomorrow I eat my cheat meal, which is my meal that I allow myself white flour or something kind of like that. My usual cheats are a bean burrito from Taco Bell (without cheese, I'm still lactose intolerant :P), any kind of mocha drink from Starbucks, any brownie or pastry from Starbucks, hot cocoa from McDonald's or (I would like to try) a big ol' veggie burger from Burger King. OH OH OH or a big fat plate of white pasta with marinara (my favorite cheat food, even though I get incredibly sick afterwards, for unknown reasons).
What are y'alls favorite cheats? Or do you cheat? I only recently started to have a cheat meal once a week, and if I don't get it, it's not a biggie. I usually crave healthy foods, anyway. But it is nice having a relaxed meal with your family once a week. :)
