Glad it is Friday-weight is still holding steady; still in ketosis. Sure wish something would budge...even just a little. I am getting tired of seeing the same number everyday. I will measure this weekend to see if any change is there...last time I measured there was no change either but that was about a month ago I think.

Be patient and hang in there it may drop all at once, that is what happens to me. Fat cells are readjusting... if you are burning fat, there is nothing to worry about...
