This is the first day of the new challenge, and though I'll be logging my food, I know I won't be eating totally on plan; as I still have some leftovers to eat up, that aren't low carb. Tomorrow will actually be my first full day of eating on plan again. I'll be reverting back to induction level, in the week or so, leading up to my birthday, and will get back on track the day after. I stated, in an earlier journal entry, that I won't be eating, on plan, on my birthday; and for good or bad, that's the way it is. It'll be a great meal, bad that I'll be off the wagon for that day; but at least it's a planned indulgence.
