Finally! Down to 163.5 this morning. Have been exersising and turning down treats all week! Measured waist this morning and it seems to be down too.

Drank a sugar-free Red Bull yesterday afternoon, wonder if that had anything to do with it? That is supposed to rev up your metabolsm.

Need to get a plan for the weekend to avoid junk. Daugher wants to make cookies tomorrow!

Well done - it's horrible when the scales seem to get stuck, but great when they finally so move! Yes, we do have Red Bull here in England - my husband swears by it, particularly when he's driving a long way. I, however, can't stand it - I call it "vomit juice", because that's what it smells like to me!! ;) Hope you had a great weekend, without too much junk! :)
