I got on the scale this morning and it looks like I'm up 2 pounds:(
Which totally sucks but I saw it coming with Wednesdays major binge.

I went for an hour walk today which is good except I'm ravenous and want to eat everything. Something's going on with me. It's like my body and mind are fighting against me. I've been doing good do far, but I'm beginning to unravel. I've got so much more to go. I can't stop now!!

I'm not sure what to do. I'm not too motivated to work out do I so walks begrudgingly. I'm now craving sugar since I let myself have that taste Friday now my addic kicked in again.
I'm hoping once I get into the work week and don't have access to the bad food, ill be able to get strict again.

I've heard the saying losing weight is the easy part, keeping it off is hard. If that's the case I'm screwed!
