I allowed myself a cheat meal last week so I followed suit this week. Omfg did I cheat!!! Legit ate something like 3,000 calories for the day, double my Rdi, ate pasta and bread and jelly beans!? I'm petrified to get on the scale and see the damage I've done so ill just wait a few data, get back into my routine and hope it levels off.
