I hit a low...another blow to me emotionally from my spouse and it knocked me down. I haven't exercise almost 3 weeks now barely eating and i had some cigarettes and i dont smoke! last 2 days I got my appetite somewhat back. but I just feel so down. ...trying get some motivation to help get back on track. i need to get me energy and life back into me with my exercise....I'm soda at myself...
