Man I'm falling off the paleo wagon and not working out:( the last three days I've been super busy and haven't been able to get to the gym.
This is the hardest part for me. I do really well for two weeks and then I begin to let go of the reins. I'm sure I've put back some weight since I'm not doing strict paleo.
