It's been a terrible week for the diet. First I had my high school reunion which meant a weekend of my Mom's good cooking, then a week at a convention -- too much bad food and more drinking than the diet allows. I held up a little better on the workout front. I managed a good run at my Mom's on Saturday, and workouts on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. I will report a weight tomorrow morning. I want a day back on the diet plan before I weigh in.
