Finally broke out my Pilates machine that I bought a few years ago. It had been collecting dust for a long time, but I am now going to get use out of it:)

Ok, make me feel guilty. I have an elliptical and a gyrotonic machine upstairs in our bonus room that I bought last fall. I never use them. I visited the gym last week and want to join. Why? I have a gym upstairs. Why is it that we buy these things and never use them? Good for you for dusting that machine off. Hope you do better than me!

i dont have any machines. our cable compnay has free work out programs. i do a AM yoga and a cardio yoga most mornings. I figured any little bit helps!

I'll have to try those yoga programs that are On Demand, but working out at all during my work weeks is nearly impossible, but I guess if I can even get in 10 minutes or so a day, that will help.
