Yesterday my sweetheart worked out with me (weights for 20 minutes, elliptical stepper for 25) which made the workout more fun. I did 45 minutes on the elliptical stepper today. It was a modest workout. The knee is still not 100%. It just feels a bit odd. I don't know how else to describe it; it doesn't hurt, but it doesn't feel right either. So I'm not pushing.

No weight loss, but I got through the weekend without a gain, either. I suspect the difference this weekend is that there were no social events.

Here's hoping for a successful weight loss week for all of us. I'm hoping to be at 184 by the end of the week. Keep your fingers crossed for me!

It is always so much more fun to workout with someone else, I am pushing for my guy to start with me, Iam hoping that on thurs I may get him to the weight room to try it out. And good job on notpushing the knee from someone who has had alot of knee trouble its better to take it easy til it heals. GOOD LUCK with the goal weight for the week

Congrats on the weekend stability! That is a huge success, I think. Glad your knee is recovering, too. Your goal is very close, I'll bet you can get to 184 by the end of the week. Good luck!
