Vacation at the Dells went OK as far as my diet goes... MOST Of the time I ate good, healthy choices... but it's hard when you're on everyone else's schedule too... and when everyone else wants to go to dinner or order out... KFC, PIZZA, Mexican restaurants, Paul Bunyan all you can eat breakfasts... o my... lol... but you cut corners where you can... nix the roadtrip snacking! I Totally succeeded with this. Choose lean burgers and whole wheat buns! I totally succeeded with this. Eat a healthy breakfast and lunch! I totally succeeded with this except for the last day we went to Paul Bunyan... I also was able to get good exercise while at Noah's Ark, America's Largest water park... all those stairs for the rides were brutal and PERFECT to help balance out some of the things I had been eating. I haven't weighed myself yet, but I hope i didn't do too much damage.... and now... fourth of july celebrations will also be tough to get through... but I WILL get through it!! :)
