Why do I do this! Ugh. Saw the doctor last week and have lost 21 pounds and the doctor is very happy. She tells me to just keep doing what you are doing. This is Wednesday. Well, by Friday night I am eating Raising Cane's 3-piece meal, popcorn popped in oil with butter (a large serving) and a small bag of Trolli sour brite crawlers...a 2,000+ calorie binge. Why when things are going well, do I sabotage myself. I just don't understand. I am not getting near the scale for a few days until I hopefully recover from this binge. I feel like a complete failure and a fraud. How can I really be a successful dieter and give advice to others when I do shit like this. Ugh ugh ugh.
