Knee still hurts. Lifted weights, avoiding anything that would strain the knee, and no aerobics.
84.8 kg 지금까지 감소한: 8.2 kg.    남은양: 0.9 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.

Good idea for a few days but lifting weights will help alot. I have alot of knee problems and the one thing that always was ok if I took it easy is the eliptical. I just put it on a low setting so I still got cardio in without the knee strain

Good to know that elliptical doesn't bother your knees. I will give it a try tomorrow.

I am so sorry to hear about your injury. I would take it very slowly-- the key is to focus on getting healthy again. I have ongoing problems with my shoulders and I always have to temper my workouts to avoid re-injury.
