Somehow I hurt my left knee, possibly from the very vigorous elliptical stepper workouts. So I skipped yesterday's workout and today just did a long brisk walk. The knee is feeling better. It mostly is really sore first thing in the AM. I'm hoping to be able to resume the elliptical stepper tomorrow.

Let that knee rest! A knee injury can last a looong time to repair itself so it's a good sign that you feel better already.

Knee injuries are a killer. Can you swim at all for exercise? Something like that, with almost no impact on your knee, might be a good way to keep up with some exercise while letting your knee recover. I agree with information, though, that rest is going to be important for your knee recovery. Maybe lifting weights?
