New milestone: 185 pounds. Yay! Five pounds to go!

I've lost 20 pounds. I originally set my goal weight based on a healthy BMI. But it's lower than I would have expected my ideal weight to be, so I told myself to evaluate at 185 and see if I thought I needed to lose more. So, I'm at 185 and I think I should lose more. I'll keep at this until I hit 180.

Thanks for your support. It would have been much more difficult without all of you!

You are doing amazing Just watch on how low you go with your weight my boyfriend decided to lose weight right before we meet and he ended down at 165lbs and he looked sickly hes back up to 185 and wants to lose again i support him if its what he wants but no more then 10lbs. So keep it up but just don't go behind were you look great even if its were you already are at

That is super! You are very close. It really is impressive to see all of the progress you have made over the last several months. Given your posts a few days ago I would encourage to pretend that the next three days are Mondays! Whatever it takes to make sure that you keep the exercise up and the diet 100% on target. You will be so glad you did when tuesday rolls around. Anyways-- keep it up-- you are doing great!
