Really good hard workout this morning on the elliptical stepper. Starting the weekly drop in weight. The challenge is to achieve it during the week AND carry it through the weekend. Those are the short run goals.

On another note, I'm reading "Younger Next Year: A Guide to Living Like 50 Until You're 80 and Beyond". Anyone else read it or reading it? I think the title it a bit off-putting for anyone less than 50, but I think the advice pertains to any age.
