Not so good the last couple of days
my youngest daughter ened up in hospital for emergency surgery
No sleep and eating out of vending machines for a couple of days
I did do a lot of pacing though....does worrying burn calories!
the good news is she is recovering nicely.
I will get back on track today. I also start a new job tomorrow so i will do my best to get my walking done.
