Okay, fell off the wagon for quite some time, but I'm back and motivated. Motivated by what, you ask? Not what, who - Olympic figure skaters. Johnny Weir and Evan Lysacek, to be exact. My boys. ;)
Anyway, I used to be a competitive figure skater, and I really miss the shape I was in when I was competing. So my goal now is to get back to that physique. I weighed about 130-135 at the time, so I'm looking at approximately 100 pounds of weight loss, not to mention strength, agility, and cardio out the wazoo.
After that, who knows.. if I meet my goals, maybe I'll buy a new pair of skates and get back on the ice. I'm way too old to skate competitively again, but I could do it for fun. I miss it so much.
