I'm down another pound this morning! I'm ecstatic!!! I was afraid it was going to go into 120's then bop right back out of it. I am only 3.6 pounds away from a milestone..my driver's lisence weight! My driver's lisence says I'm 125. I can NOT wait!!!!! :)

I know what ya mean busybeans! Don't worry I won't! :) I may not always eat 100% healthy(check out what I ate yeasterday) but as long as I stay within my range of calories I shouldn't gain. Hopefully binging is a thing of the past! I haven't had the urge to binge in ages. That is what caused me to gain in the first place, dieting too strictly, the eating everything in sight. Now, if I feel like I need a little more food, I eat a little more, but I don't eat everything. My new mantra is "I can eat anything I want, but not everything I want" That keeps me sane and, with some self control, I really can eat most foods in moderation and still lose weight.
