Four days in a row for work outs. Today I did the elliptical stepper -- 620 calories in 45 minutes. Yesterday I found a great way to amuse myself and get a workout: I only worked out with weight machines that I have never used before. In addition to providing entertainment, I think it caused me to work muscles I don't use much and, as my diet buddy LoosinIsFun has recommended, it's good to keep fooling your body by doing different things.
