I joined the gym and got a personal trainer! A little expensive however what is the cost of all this extra weight. I usually spend on average $150.00 a month on restaurants. Now I buy groceries and bring a lunch... eating healthy! So I am saving a lot! Plus the trainer encourages me... I see him once a week and he gives me a new program every time. It's tough to stick to it but with a trainer it helps so far. It's been a month. Building muscle helps burn fat so that is the stage I'm at..that is why I am starting the South Beach diet. I need a nutritional program that will speed up the weight loss.

If you're working out, make sure to consume enough calories throughout the day in order to continue to shed the pounds! If you consume too few, you will stall or stop losing! ; )
