Here are some new pictures of me~~ I reached my goal of 175 lbs finally!!! Now I'm setting a new one for 165 lbs. I can do it!!! Good luck to everyone.. The last picture has my daughter in it too.

I'm 5'8 1/2 .. Thanks .. I feel really good, But I still need to lose.. If I could only be motivated to exercise.. uggg

Excellent and Congrats Struck! You look great. I know what you mean about the exercise, especially when it's defined as a membership to a warehouse full of machines (uggg). I'm trying to twist the exercise into a form where I can get things accomplished as well as just move my body. Easy...Not!

Stuck you look great. What made you stick to your choosen plan? I've never been this heavy and I am inspired by you. I'm a 41 year old stay at home mom to 3 kids 17, 10 & 8. I hope I have the success you've had. I think your smart to set attainable goals than push your self once you've reached. Keep up the great worki have no doubts you'll get to your desired weight.
