19 pounds to first goal. Trying not to put a time line on it, but it's hard. On day 4 of keto, and 8 pounds down. I know its water, but its encouraging, all the same.

slow and steady is good. it stays off. i lost about 4 pounds a month. some months it was less but dont let it discourage you. your body is changing even when we dont think it is.
