I had to skip the workout this morning. Recording all the food that enters my mouth is a lot of work, but it actually helps in an unanticipated manner. Before I eat something I wonder if it's worth having to record it on FS. hahahaha

Dinner party tonight at the home of the most decadent cook I know. This will try my will power. There will be NOTHING healthful on the menu. hahhahaha.

LOL...on recording it all..i guess thats one way of lookin at it..try an eat some healthy food, before you go so you dont over indulge at the party...

Well then... lol I say that you walk to and from there tonight!! lol =D jk.. have a great time, drink lots of water before and after and get some extra workin' out in!!
