I had to skip the workout this morning. Recording all the food that enters my mouth is a lot of work, but it actually helps in an unanticipated manner. Before I eat something I wonder if it's worth having to record it on FS. hahahaha
Dinner party tonight at the home of the most decadent cook I know. This will try my will power. There will be NOTHING healthful on the menu. hahhahaha.
