Well I've been holding steady in 2008 at 160. That's good since a little over a year ago I was up around 168. I have been really hungry this week, but haven't binged, just ate small amounts of additional foods. Will try exercising a bit more to offset. Got some new Pilates DVDs that are about 20 minutes each that I can squeeze in most mornings. Pretty happy with my figure except for the tire right around the middle.
