only 2 snack nights out of 7 this week so improving on that and have steped up the exercise as well was hoping for a better result though, my muscles seem to retain water i think, so must step up on the water intake which i find hard to do when the weathers crap!
73 kg 지금까지 감소한: 7 kg.    남은양: 6 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.
