I don't get it...I have put in extra cardio in the evening too...Well...TO HELL WITH IT! My clothes fit and I feel pretty good, the scale just upsets me so I'm going to stay off it again for awhile. This last 5-10 pounds is not worth the stress and hassle right now. It shouldn't be this tough...I eat pretty well...and exercise routinely..I am just at a loss for anything nice to say.
