My first journal entry here on fatsecret! :)
6 months ago I weight about 460+ lbs. I hit a bad depression after I got those numbers - I promised myself I would never make it to 500lbs. I've been eating healthier for the past month or so, and been on a heavy fruit smoothie diet (my own invention, at least I haven't been following anyone's orders) and have been watching my intake of other foods very closely. I was brave enough to hit the scale in the hospital on Valentines Day, 2-14-08, and got a HUGE surprise (no pun intended) - I went from 460+ to 433 lbs! A thirty pound loss - I was so happy! Now my short term goal is to be under 400lbs, which I'll check to see if I am in two weeks or so :)
