Hope everyone is doing well, I'm busy as all get out and haven't had much time to write, but I'm keeping up with everyone else!

Hi Cranky buzzard. You are making me cranky (with myself). Your weight loss over the past 6 months is AWESOME....but I just checked out your daily food lists and you seem to be living on meat and just a few veggies and only one meal a day and NO snacks. So I'm wondering how accurate is your record and are you counting all your veggies??? I thought perhaps you were only recording meat as a macro and maybe leaving out the fibre foods??? Anyway, I want what you do but I just can't eat all that meat. Any good ideas?

Hi Wilpena. I'm not a good role model for logging, even though I preach it to EVERYONE! LOL I do a LOT of OMAD during the week, so it's probably accurate on those days, as for snacks, I have a few on the weekends, but seldom during the week. As for me eating a LOT of meat, well, as a hobby I home cure all sorts of meat and I smoke a lot of cheese each year, so I consume quite a bit of it.
