So..weigh in was today...and I lost 0.4 lbs! Could have been TOM, or the fact that I hurt my knee on Saturday and haven't exercised since. But I ate pretty well. Blah. I know...I know..it's 0.4 less than I weight last week! LOL! The receptionist at my meeting told me to eat different foods..not the same things as I usually do...so I'll try that.
I'll be Walking Away The Pounds EARLY tomorrow!
