I didn't post a weight in last week. I just couldn't. I gained 2 pounds and I was MAD at myself. This week..I stuck with it, and I lost those 2, plus FIVE MORE! I'm almost 20 pounds down!

Alright..so I didn't weigh in last week. The weather was HORRIBLE. I was not skiing down the hill to get to a Weight Watchers meeting. Then, my son was sick for 5 days straight, ending in a visit to the ER. Diagnosis? The boy needed an enema! I know..TMI.
Anyhoo, I barely followed the plan over the last 2 weeks. I mean..I did, but usually at dinner time when I was rushed and everything was frozen, I ate things that definitely weren't core AND didn't keep track of my weekly points. On top of that, this past Saturday, the youth at my church had a dance, I was in charge of the pictures, and I had to eat what was there: Rigatoni and Fried Chicken Wings. I positively pigged out!
I so did NOT want to step on the scale today, for fear of the damage I did. BUT..I lost a pound! WOOT! After the 2 weeks I had, I'm ecstatic about that!

Tomorrow is weigh-in. I've had a horrendous week. My son was sick for 5 days, ending with an emergency room visit yesterday. He's fine now, but those 5 days were very tiring. I didn't plan what I would eat. I did OK..up until today. On Tuesdays, I have about 1 hour after I get home from work to feed myself and him, because I bowl with my church league. Some tuesdays, I have Avon orders to take to the lanes, so I have to make sure they're all ready.
Anyhoo. Today, I had an hour, I hadn't packed the orders while my son was sick. I had to print invoices, make sure I had bags and new books. I put everyhing into a couple boxes and went to the lanes. Needless to say, there was no time for dinner. I ended up ordering a pepperoni pizza for us, and eating about 5 slices. THEN, it was someone's birthday, so I had a small piece of cake.
So yeah..I'm afraid of weight-in tomorrow!

After the past 3 weeks, I was not expecting to lose this much! Changing the foods I was eating really made the difference!

It's amazing what lack of exercise will do to you. Up until this morning, I hadn't exercised in a week. And I sure could tell. I was sluggish, had aches and pains, was tired...I had to MAKE myself get up this morning and exericse. UGH. I was so tired of feeling that way before I started WW...I can't let myself get back to that again! I was just amazed that the sluggish feelings came back so quickly!
I feel much better after that Walk Away The Pounds 2 mile walk. I think I'm gonna put the FIRM videos on the back burner for a while. I'm SO not ready for them yet! At least I have something to work up to!
