To lose weight I have to be on a automatic escalator. What I mean is that there should be automatic actions i need to take during the day.

1. wakeup at 6:20 am and do 30min workout.

2. At lunch do 30min workout.. like walk

3. in the evening walk to bond street thats 35min..

do this for 1 week from today and see what happens.
90 kg 지금까지 감소한: 0 kg.    남은양: 12 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 잘 따르지 않음.
