17 hr fast TIL yesterday lunchtime I ate lunch yesterday, then ironed all afternoon and went to parents evening. ( my last one ever!!) I will miss my younger Daughter’s parents evenings.. watching the teachers struggling to encourage her, whilst saying she is very bright,but very lazy. She’s upped her game now that her exams are approaching, shes actually doing homework and I’ve got her an English tutor.
As I’ve managed to cut down my carbs this week, I wasn’t hungry when I came home..so I had a cuppa and a pint of water.. so I’ve already fasted for 20.5 hrs and it’s showing on the scales 😁🎉
Aiming for at least 24 hrs fast.. both the kids are off school today on “study leave”,so I presume I’ll have a houseful of teenagers😁
