Hit my goal weight of 285 by the end of November and I got there a few days early. I am stoked. I've come so far in the last 2 years I am sorta stunned. Just over 2 years ago I weighed 430lbs... I was a type 2 Diabetic with a glucose of 220 and an A1C of 8.1 ... they wanted to take me off of metformin and put me on insulin. My blood pressure was 165/97 ... Today I am 284.8 lbs... My Glucose is 85 and my A1C is 5.4 .. blood pressure is 115/68 .. I take no diabetes or heart medicine of any kind. I am on the way to living to a ripe old age as a healthy person.
