Blah! I went from 167.4. doing great. Then I go visit my family for 5 days. Let me just say, a ton of food, pie and leftovers were my meals. Not to mention seeing friends and going to a brewery. Time to get back on track. I am hoping this is a spike in water weight.

You're not alone. It's happening to so many of us. But usually if you get right back on track, the "new" weight comes off quickly.
